I am a graduate from Multimedia University of Kenya with a Bachelors degree in Procurement and Logistics Management. Currently, I am working with Horizon Contact Centers as a customer service representative. As a customer service representative, I have been able to assimilate to a new environment and work effectively and efficiently, with aim to give customer satisfaction. I have been able to handle multitasking, improve on my communication skills and also working with minimal supervision.
As a procurement and logistics graduate, I gained enough knowledge in purchasing, proper procedures and documentation in logistics and transportation, to be able to work in the supply chain department. I am quick to learn and can work under minimum supervision, with aim of giving the best result desired and beyond. I have also undergone an industrial attachment and gained some experience in warehousing, dispatch and stocks management. I would like the opportunity to enrich myself professionally and acquire a wealth of skills and knowledge that will sharpen me as an individual as well.
