The portal is serving public and internal staff members for State Medicaid operations. Portal Development: The Customer Incentive Program (CIP) is a part of the overall CPS business model that is meant to incentivize CPS customers to purchase products from suppliers and manufacturers that are included in negotiated volume arrangements. There are three key functional areas of the program: Defining the Incentive Plans, Enrolling Customers into the Incentive Plans, and Processing the Incentive Payments. Technical: CIP is an enterprise financial application for integrated in existing CPS Portal. The overall CIP application is built on layered architecture comprises of three major blocks the UI, Service and Data layer. UI layers is developed on AngularJS and bootstrap framework on top of Web Experience Factory, while the service layer is developed on core Java with managed bean and class structure to build the CIP Framework. The service layer acts a nerve system for entire portlet application which handles all communication with database and provide all intelligence to UI layer for rendering the data on browser, tablets and mobile. Portal Development: A new portal was required by ARAMARK Canada division to target small and mid-size restaurant chains and facilities to QUASEP Portal and enable them to view the public portal as well as an member area for the registered users. The objective is to provide a platform for QUASEP customers to engage them with business services in more efficient and easy way and to show case the manufacturer and supplier through which customer can benefit their purchases

Technical: QUASEP Portal is a new Virtual Portal added is an ARAMARK Enterprise base Portal System added with its own public page offering secured login and security implementation for administrators and site users to log in the member portal area to access personalized web contents and access range of custom developed portlets to manage supplier, manufacturer and promotions. In addition to core business function this entire solution was provided with a custom developed portal Administration module for the internal staff to allow them to manage and create new users and facilities of QUASEP. A whole Marketplace solution was also developed to support the QUASEP portal function to showcase the existing and new distributor and manufacturers which can customer can leverage from. This solution not only allows admins to manage and create new supplier and promotion it as well allow the site users to personalize their supplier and promotion which they are more interested in. Portal Development: Approximately 100 Canadian food and non-food distributors send purchase volume data in various non-standard forms to Supply Chain Canada – “Non-Vtrak distributors”. Since the data does not fit a standard format and the data is processed manually, only minimal information is entered. Due to these limitations, CPS cannot fully implement the desired Client Incentive Program and Supply Chain finance must depend on distributors to properly calculate NVDs and allocation is not always accurate. By creating the ‘Supplier Portal’, this project aims to build system(s) and processes to support all non-Vtrak and non-IQ distributors to submit purchase data in a standard format.

Technical: Supplier Portal is a Virtual Portal added is an ARAMARK Enterprise base Portal System added with its own public page offering secured login and security implementation for distributor and financial auditor and reviewer users to log in the portal and access multiple custom developed portlets to manage purchase volumes. Custom developed portlet offers suppliers to share purchase volumes of Aramark’s client by each month.
