Director of Finance: Responsible for driving financial planning for the church. Design, prepare, execute and monitor the annual budget for both the nursery school and the church. Work in collaboration with the Vestry to create and implement new five-year strategic plan. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, assimilating, dismissal and performance evaluation tracking of staff. Review and approve all expenses and payments, primary check signer.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of bank to include managing of the Retail Banking, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Facility departments as well as all marketing and shareholder relation functions of the bank.
