Project Description: Design and implementation of Data warehouse and Data mart for Multifamily target state to integrate all source systems(Credit Enhancement Servicing, Strategy Asset Servicing System, Committing and Delivery system, Structured facility management system, Negotiated transactions, Delegated Underwriting servicing and gateway, etc..) into warehouse. Project Description: This project is to ensure that BB&T complies with a new Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) regulation, published on July 11, 2016, by May 11, 2018. A required 5th pillar is being added to the BSA/AML Program to clarify and strengthen Client Due Diligence requirements

1. Identify and verify the identity of the controlling person (CP) by performing Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements: (i.e. collect Name, Address, Date of Birth, Taxpayer ID (SSN), NAICS, and verification of identity of CP)

2. Determine the beneficial Owner(s) (BO) of legal entity customer/clients by Performing CIP requirements and Collect the percentage of ownership for each BO

3. Capture a "certification" that the information provided is true and accurate from the individual who provides the information on CP and BO(s) - this will be a form filled out by the client

4. All data collected must be stored and maintained (includes paper certification documents)

Special Assets Business units rely upon reporting from Genesys call related data to measure the efficiency of BB&T associates involved in the collections process and to measure several other metrics such as bank card activation call durations. Fact Tables represent Business measures like, how long customers waited in a queue, how long and how often agents put customers on hold, or how long agents talked to Customers. Dimension tables describe the attributes of the associated fact table.
