-Review contractors ITP base on CPI Specs and standard

-Revie contractors quality management plan on construction execution plan before construction starts to be excecuted.

-Review JMF on asphalt and concrete works and witness any laboratory testing materilas to be used

-Prepare and maintenance testing and measurements tools to be use for inspection and testing

-witnessing any testing on materials to be use on construction activities base on client specs

-run daily inspection and witness any testing and verification on construction activities related to inspection and tests plan

-Monitoring and give direction to the contractors on job to be executed follow the drawings and specs required

-Accepted and rejected any materials and construction product refer to required drawings and specs

Job Description :

- Responsible for Conducting and lead road stabilisation process using Soil cement base, Soil lime base, asphalt emultion binder, with the following tasks :

-Prepares SOP refer to company specs and procedures

-Preparing SWP for stabilisation works and heavy equipment involved such motor grader, cement/lime spreader trucks, sheepfoot roller, smoothdrum roller, recycling machine, water trucks

-Prepares JSA base on SOP at any works activities

-Prepare and calculates materials for running the job

-Cooperation with HPCJAK discipline engineers and construction supervisors

- Supervising of all activities at site and keep it running according to the schedule plan and daily production target

-Prepares project schedule plan and works progress daily reports

-Ensure fulfilments of all inspection and test plan requirements at all stages of works as per company requirements

-Review and reporting daily production achieved and daily quality inspection report/control documentation with cooperation with geotechnical / laboratory crew.

- Prepare data sheet for all heavy equipments that will be used during process

Job Description :

- Prepare Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for stabilization works procedures

- Establish SWP and JSA for all stabilization activities requirements

- Perform inspection and testing for all activities as listed on ITP in accordance with approved procedures

-Prepare QA/QC weekly Report related to status inspection and recommends corrective action when problems arised

-Report any quality deviation, reject, etc. and site action taken to resolve them.

- Review Manufacture Data Book base on CPI Specs and Government regulation for road construction

-inspecting all daily stabilization process and its construction quality results in cooperation with geotech laboratory crew

-Review Works Procedure and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

-Review and approve the supported quality standards and procedures to achieve the quality requirements.

-Specify Quality requirements in accordance with AASHTO and ASTM specifications and other applicable codes and standards.

- Completing application for inspection.
