1. Internship

Description: I was in an internship for three months at the Admission Cell of SRM University Sikkim where I was a part of the admission team dealing with the students and parents coming for the admission. My work was to guide students with the overall admission process.

2. Demonetization and its impact on Adoption of Digital Payment among employees.

Description: Digital payment is one of the major issues in the developing countries today. There are many factors which influence people to adapt to the digital mode of payment for their convenience and safety. Provide a clear insight about the awareness and usage of digital wallet in the north-eastern region of India. Using mobile wallet or digital wallet helps track employees on their expenses and transform the nation into a more digitize and empower nation through the campaign Digital India.

3. A Study on work-life balance of women employees in educational institutions.

Description: This study is to identify the factors which influence work-life balance among the working women in educational institutions in Sikkim. It is concluded that working hour, working overtime, and quality time are the major factors which influence work-life balance.

4. Analyzing the effect of social media on depression.

Description: By performing clustering it is found that the probability of depression is almost similar in both the genders. The probability of Facebook users alone are more among the age group of 18-25 years as compared to other social media sites. The probability also shows the social media users those suffering from depression use social media more than 4-8 hours per day and mostly in the evenings and night.

5. Development of website

Description: The objective of this project was to create a school website containing all the information about the school. The site was open to all as no account and registration was required to access the page to view the content.
