oTesting/UAT: Developing FI/MM/PS/SD use case scripts; test planning and logistics; executing tests; logging defects; tracking break-fixes till resolution and closure; all testing documentation.
oTraining: developing courseware and training exercises; scheduling, facilitating and delivering both ILT/classroom training and online/WBT.
oChange Management: The entire Configuration Management (including transport management) process – estimating Change Requests and Impact Analyses for CRB (Change Review Board)/CCB (Change Control Board/CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews and approvals, etc.
oCutover: Developing the Cutover process flows; creating detailed task Schedules by system, role, sequence, etc.; developing and executing the Cutover Plan; troubleshooting tickets/issues arising during (and after) Cutover (ramp down, blackout, catch-up [at Go Live], etc.); variance reports, compliance audits; all Cutover-related documentation.
oProduction Support: Post Go-Live hands-on customer support; triaging customer issues; creating defect tickets and solutioning tickets till closure.
