Main Project:
TITLE: SIMULATION AND VALIDATION OF ALUMINIUM-COPPER BINARY ALLOY SPECIMEN IN DIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFICATION TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION: In this approach an aluminium-copper binary alloy specimen is produced in uni-directional technique. The design and fabrication of inverted Bridgeman furnace is made and operated for 100 micron per second velocity and varied accordingly. This experiment was simulated using proCAST 2016.0 and validated by specimen preparation using in-house made inverted Bridgeman furnace.
Mini Project:
TITLE: MAGNETIC POWER GENERATOR
DESCRIPTION: It works on a principle of neodymium magnets. It uses the permanent magnetic field of the magnets to generate the required force to move the motor. The main advantage is that it does not require continuous electric supply. Diploma Project:
TITLE: AIR COMPRESSED VEHICLE
DESCRIPTION: In this approach an air powered vehicle uses the expansion of compressed air to drive the pistons of an engine. An Air Driven Engine is a pneumatic actuator that creates useful work by expanding compressed air. It uses compressed air initially and after that the auxiliary cylinders recharges the air tank connected to the rear wheel of the vehicle. Professional Strength
