2018 – Present Warrior UTI.

My primary duties are Lead Dyno Tech, I do the Troubleshooting, Repair and Full run out on TDS-11 Top Drives, Setting up the manifold and each function to the proper OEM Spec. Run the Top Drive at low Torque thru high Torque checking temps and noise. Also helped with Assembly on building the whole top drive from installing quill sleeves and bull gear, compound gears, orifices. Wiring the j-boxes and electrical motors, traction motors, installing all hyd. Hoses rebuild Hyd. Manifold. Also have done many tear downs and DNI on all components .

2009 – 2018 HELMERICH – PAYNE DRILLING

Field Mechanic lvl 1 - Troubleshoot, repair, service on CAT 3512 B-C Engines, TDS-11 Varco Top Drive, Draw Works – Varco ADS20 – Bradford, Wichita Brakes and Clutches, Varco ST-80 Gen 1,2,3, Bloom and Voss Floor hand, Form Pipe Wrangler Gen 1,2 – PDS 20-30, Centrifugal pumps, Gardner Denver PZ-11 Mud Pumps, Gardner Denver Air Compressors, Ingersoll Air Compressors, Hydraulic systems P2-P9 Pumps 3,000psi.
