SUMMARY

I am a positive, high-energy and passionate communications professional with a record of successfully working in tourism and hospitality. I would like to work for a progressive company that will use my skills and experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Digital Marketing and other Marketing activities such as Event Marketing and securing sponsorships. I am aware the company I will work for is a business and financial goals must be met while pleasing and satisfying customers. At 16 years of age, I started working selling merchandise to tourists from Cruise Ships that landed at Port Cozumel. I have experience in sales of hotels and resorts. I have worked as a hostess for a 5-Diamond hotel resort, welcoming guests and familiarizing them with the resort/hotel’s facilities and restaurants. I have worked in an agency that focused on transportation services for tourists, serving as a customer service representative helping customers with reservations, solving problems with their services and scheduling tours. I was a sales person for the Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) showcasing resorts to potential guests. Also, at a UVC call center, I supervised incoming and outgoing calls to check for quality. I have references from my previous employers who would be glad to attest to my commitment to meeting business goals as well as my strong work ethic. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
