Planning work schedules and staff allocation to maintain the cleaning standard.

Monitoring the proper handling of Chemical, Materials, Machinery and Waste disposal.

Scheduled staffs according to projected staffing requirements and assigning them tasks as planned.

Continuous follow up with the concerned Team Leader and Supervisor for the job completion and update to the client and concerned.

Good Housekeeping knowledge in Hospitality and Facilities

Preparing monthly Report, maintaining site staff duty roster, daily attendance, sick, absenteeism etc.

Ensure the services delivered up to the client complacency.

Ensure KPI’s/ SLA’s are met according to the contract.

Ensure staff welfare up to the mark.

Arrange necessary internal and external training to all the staff members / Team Leader/ supervisors.

Coordinate with HSEQ team and make sure health and safety standards are maintained.

Reviewing and approving consumable requisitions in line with the budget.

Through training, ensure cleaning is carried out in line with Company safety standards and associated risk assessments, COSHH and PPE requirements.

Recognize the need for training, assist in the development and implementation of ongoing training for employees.

Responsible in maintaining a high standard of Cleaning throughout the Facility and Development and Customer liaison.

To delegate duties and responsibilities to the Team Leader & Supervisor and make follow ups to ensure the activities are done in a well satisfying state to the clients.

Coordinated the waste Management collection trackers and on monthly Basis, made Reports to be submitted to the client through the Line Managers.

Make Vacation Plan/Leave for all staffs accordingly and arrange relievers on timely without affecting operations.

Responsible for maintaining facility records with transparency and make sure they are securely intact in an accurate manner and in accordance with the policies and regulatory requirements of the administrative department.

Communication and respond our clients required jobs via mail and record through FSI by log and close.

Forward and follow-up to subcontractor regarding their jobs and service reports.

Collecting job request from the clients/tenant and dispatching the same to concern department and follow-up the same.

Maintaining and organizing orderly filing system of all hard and soft copies of documentations.

Assisting the operations manager in day today activities.

Co coordinating with outsourced high-level glass cleaning company as per the client requirements.

Communicate with management, multinational staffs, suppliers and customers to ensure a pleasant work environment.
