In-charge of all administrative concerns under Sadara Tank Farm Project. Filing, organizing, logging of all administrative related documents in both soft & hard copies in the package database. Creating corresponding documents between our package, contractors, and other companies departments such as transmittals, letters and technical queries including memorandums based on given instructions and securing the required signatures for action. Recruitment and hiring in-charge of SDL Tank Farm SMPs/PMCs. Reserving the conference rooms and updating the schedules for the employees.
