Housekeeping Supervisor
Conducting the morning briefing
Answering telephones and follows through with request
Assisting the executive Housekeeper with:
•daily and biweekly payroll procedures
•monitoring House counts
• Reporting room status to proper departments in the Hotel: Front Desk, Engineering etc.
Acquiring working knowledge of hotel and in-house facilities to respond to guest questions in this area as required
Performing all accountability in a timely efficient manner, following established company policy and projecting a favorable image of the Hotel to achieve objectives, public recognition and acceptance.
Keeping immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken when appropriate
