Responsibilities:

Monitoring productivity of press shop, Weld shop.

Report to Top management about the progress of the projects and day to day performances of the shop.

Preparing pattern production plan and revision while there is change in customer demand.

Controlling Manpower and consumable cost.

Coordinate with cross functional teams such as quality, die maintenance and jig maintenance for inputs to meet production targets.

Preparation of rules for process like part rework, 4M change, rejection and rework part handling
