Duties and Responsibilities
Greet the guest upon their arrival escort them to their tables provide them with menu and give them fast service.
Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all time, following the restaurant standards of performance.
Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub department of the food and beverage division or any other department of the restaurant assigned.
To undertake any reasonable task and secondary duties as assigned by the supervisor or the manager.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
