Pothens Hyundai, Trivandrum, Kerala Nov 2019 - Feb 2020 An empirical research study was conducted to analyze the impact of various customer loyalty schemes on customer retention and customer referrals at Hyundai.

● Collected data using survey method with a sample size of 150 respondents.

● Conducted statistical analysis of data using IBM SPSS software.

● Findings of the study indicated significant influence of customer loyalty schemes on both customer retention and customer referrals.

● It deduces the major factors that influence the customers to stay and continue their relationship with Pothens.

● The study also revealed role of customer satisfaction from purchase and quality of services provided in retaining Hyundai customers.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION:
