Providing MIS report to the Regional office /Finance Head for the monthly report for payments made to staff/vendors for recurring expenses and working on JDE/SAP & TAS software.

Monthly cash flow/Imprest request /outstanding bills reports are sent to the Regional office /Finance

Notify Regional Head /Support group in case anything of the below occurs:-

oLong leaves(more than a week)

oTermination/resignation

oAbsconding

oTransfer

oAnd also maintain mails/records of such notifications.

Handover and takeover form is filled,signed by both incoming and outgoing members.

Non disclosure agreement (NDA),back ground check (BGC) personal files are available for all the locations including vendor staff .Individually all the location staff should sign the NDA .

Revoked Ids and passwords on termination,absconding and resignation immediately on intimation and revoke or modify access upon transfer of responsibilities .
