Professional Experience

Installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blue prints, and other drawings in an industrial establishment

Operate grinder to file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications and may at times lubricate the machines and equipment

Works with a wide variety of precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, levels, gauge blocks and alignment tools including Laser alignments.

Performs Reverse and Double Reverse alignments

Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers and plumb bobs.

Constructs, assembles, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment using tools such as: hammers, wrenches, crowbars, rollers, dollies, hoists and other hand tools

Interprets and carries out prints and layouts for center lines for equipment placement

Constructing the foundation for machines and equipment using hand tools and building materials such as wood, cement, and steel

Aligns conveyor rollers

Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
