The Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), or Ginnie Mae, is a government-owned corporation of the United States Federal Government within the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It was founded in 1968 and works to expand affordable housing by guaranteeing housing loans (mortgages) thereby lowering financing costs such as interest rates for those loans. It does that through guaranteeing to investors the on-time payment of mortgage-backed securities (MBS) even if the underlining mortgages go into default and the homes are foreclosed upon.

Project: Shared Integration Program (SIP) Jul 2015 to Oct 2016

The main objective of SIP was to implement an enterprise-wide installation of Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM), specifically Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite for Healthcare, and to establish a Shared Information Service-Application Integration (SIS-AI) for Information Services of client.

Team had identified 24 ministries for which interfaces had to be migrated from legacy to SIP platform. Each ministry had approximately 600-1000 interfaces. The process of migration of existing interfaces was achieved using the Software development lifecycle stages. However, each stage had been customized for Accenture Information Services (AIS) environment and SIP project needs.

During Build process the technical designs were converted to code based on the high level application architecture. The architecture identified the key components that needed to be created to achieve primary integration functionality across the source and destination applications. The high-level architecture provided a blueprint for developers to build components. Additionally, several framework and common components were identified and build during the technical analysis of functional requirements.

Activities performed:

·Lead a huge team at offshore and onshore locations

·Identify requirements and build designs

·Design the integration architecture

·Develop standardized templates and tools
