August 2015 to August 2019

Oversight of Welded fabricated axle housings and day to day quality and troubleshooting of GD&T,

● Component drawing changes and corrections,

● Weekly meetings facilitated for Meritor / supplier for direction and efficiency reporting.

● Designed and created the current welded housing leak test procedures used at all Meritor build facilities
