Position involves managing all entities involved in the process of renovating and setting up new stores. Managing 15 to 25 Family Dollar employees and third party workers to remake or set up the interior of a store, including moving racking, shelves and schematics. Overseeing all schematics and ensuring that all freight is properly received and properly put on the shelves. Overseeing all installation of display fixtures. Coordinating with Construction, IT, Refrigeration and Management to ensure that all installations were competed properly and on time. I was employed several seasons. This position I was employed thru fall and winter to help with maintenance of products and to do surveys and resets. The Regional Manager was out on a medical leave.
Seasonal position Merchandising all products of Spectrum Brands to Home Depots and Lowes in the Knoxville and Mid Tennessee area.

Seasonal position as Project Coordinator working with Walgreens Project Managers and Premium Project Managers to convert Rite Aid drug stores to Walgreens.
Position involved supervising 20 to 30 people in destructing the interior of the store and remaking all gondolas into Walgreen sets with Planograms and pricing details supplied by Walgreens. Projects had to be completed and the store reopened in 6 days.
