Project 1 : Solar Led Nano model Lights

Client : Cygni Energy Pvt.Ltd, Hyderabad.

Role : Firmware tester.

Description : The solar panels charge a rechargeable battery, which powers a fluorescent or LED lamp during the night. Solar lights turn on and turn off automatically by sensing outdoor light using solar panel voltage. The Operating voltage is about 48v DC supply . which is connected to panel and battery options. The Driver circuit is loaded with dumping software according to time intervals of bright and dimming features.

Responsibilities:

•Testing the Solar Street light Nano model type for various markets across the nation.

•Compliance for the implementation of efficient using of Solar Power.

•UNIT TESTING for the Implementation with RPS .

•Issue reproducing, QA, Solving and Documentation.

Project 2 :RGB colour name boards.

Client : South Central Railway.

Role : Firmware Tester.

Description : The main objective of the RGB colour model is to generate multiple

colours including red, green and blue variants with required delay, operating at 12V DC voltage. In this we have used RTC clock for switching auto on and off.

Responsibilities:

•Understanding customer requirements and generating test case specifications.

•Testing all the developed products against the customer requirement specifications.

•Recording all the documents made after testing.

•Executing functional test and integration testing.

•Identifying testing failures and document all the product defects.

•Configuring test setup and required tools to ensure smooth test process.

•Performed the acceptance testing of final products before releasing it to clients.

Project 3 : PIT & Catwalk Lights

Client : South Central Railway.

Role : Firmware tester

Description : Service Pit& Catwalk Lights are industrial luminaries specifically designed for vehicle service pits also known as automotive service pits. The Lights are of 3-Dimensional fixture type of series of combinations for about 5, 4,3,2,1 LED’s. The operating voltage is about 15-30V.

Responsibilities:

•Have done hardware integration testing, acceptance testing of the product before releasing it to customer.

•Understanding the customer requirements and generating the test case specifications.

•Performing fixture Short test, Function test, driver tests.

•Performing the Driver circuit functioning and cut off region tests by iteration technique.

•Creating the issues in driver board, Testing the developed issue and based on test success closing the current specification levels..

•Test cases analysed and solved to be documented.
