Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.

Responsible in direct monitoring, inspection of all site works in structural.

Responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspection on all activities from layout and cutting, forming, fit-up, full welding and generates the corresponding inspection reports.

Review IFC, P&ID, ISO’s & vessel drawings to ensure appropriate WPS are referenced with weld details and overall accuracy.

Ensure Piping and Mechanical ITP stages are followed and complied.

Coordinates fabricated items/materials requiring NDT and witness if required.

Coordinates with Client Representative regarding with quality matters.

Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test (civil works).

Maintain standards of Safety and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.

Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
