Review QCP, ITP and Inspection Standard Procedure.
Check pipe end and surface preparation for bell and spigot joint concerning tolerances for nose thickness, insert depth
Spigot diameter and shaved portion prior bonding of joint.
Check the application adhesive to make sure there is no excess adhesive to avoid reduction of internal diameter especially
for small bore RTR pipe.
Monitor the curing of bonded joint to ensure the heating blanket acquires heat required and also the curing duration as per
Manufacturer recommendation.
Check the supplied kit for lamination of butt and wrap joint; the application of resin-impregnated fiberglass fiber in every
layer of over wrapped boat tape and woven roving until the number of layers required are met.
Witness bolt torque for flange to flange connection to make sure proper sequence and torque increment is observe
until the required torque value as per manufacturer recommendation is met.
Review test package to ensure all joints are inspected, reported and accepted by client prior pressure testing.
Conduct hydro test, make sure the line is partially backfilled and temporary support/ trust block is provided if necessary.
Knows and complies with all the company safety rules and regulations.
Conduct dimensional, visual and fit-up inspection such as preparation, orientation and identification of heat numbers
of pipes and fittings and proper tag or identification of spools prior for welding.
Provide support for any identified potential non-conformances or any work defects occurring systematically.
