Front Office Agent / Marriott Hotel Al-Jaddaf, Dubai. For this Internship, I learned the basics of being an FO Agent in a Marriott property following the “Art of Hosting” guidelines. I have been working with Opera for the whole internship doing the daily checklist and helping out our guests. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I assume the position of Manager on Duty for several weeks due to staff restrictions.
