Assuring all supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with proper and prudent practices for both hospitals.

Inventory appropriate departments, which will in turn generate both stock and non-stock requisitions for both hospitals.

Ordering of all hospital stock ranging from stationery to medical equipment, medicine and any all required supplies for both hospitals.

Pick up and delivery of stock orders from storeroom inventory on a timely basis.

Establish and maintain a good professional rapport with the medical staff, administration, Veterinary personnel, staff for patient care areas, and members of all other hospital departments and services.

Meet or exceed standards of compliance of all the accreditation and regulatory bodies and commissions, in relationship to the purchasing function of both branches.

Performs any and other related duties as may be assigned by all Veterinary doctors and managers at both branches of hospital.

Front Desk Receptionist

Greets and directs all patients within both practices.

Obtaining patient demographic and verifying insurance information at each visit.

Obtaining necessary patient information to meet current Federal guidelines and

Meaningful Use guidelines for electronic medical records.

Scanning pertinent patient information into EMR including patient authorizations, recent labs delivered by patient, etc.

Obtaining patient authorization for medical records release (HIPAA compliance).
