I am a committed, friendly and hardworking Customer Service Representative with a passion for providing excellent customer service at all times. In my current role, I have resolved more than 150 issues, always having the needs of the customers and the reputation of the organization at heart. I have dealt with customers’ enquiries and complaints face-to-face, over the phone and via email. Laborer Duties:

Perform physical tasks such as cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures, digging trenches, compacting earth, reading and following construction plans and blueprints and assisting skilled craftspeople with their duties.

Messenger Duties:

Fetch, check, and sign for parcels at my respective collection points. Take special care to load the parcels into my carrier in a safe manner. Devise and choose the most effective routes. Transport items to drop-off points. Answer recipients' questions about the delivery process. Ensure that both myself and the recipient sign all relevant documentation upon delivery. Check to see that I have completed all work allocated for the day. Remain friendly and helpful as I conduct my duties.
