● Manages a staff of 40-60 F&B staff including dining room managers and supervisors. We have two dining rooms, a lounge, boardroom, men's card room, deli, and a pool restaurant which includes five bars.

● Operations focused: SOP implementation

● Writing and actualization of training plans, training key employees to train peers and daily training of staff.
