I have maintained this by ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated, ensure that workers understand the stop and think before you Act principle which also include the 8 lifesaving rules.

Constant interim inspection to ensure workers adhere to all safety standards and written safety working procedure.

Production and Sales: Managing cost and Budget

Estate- Management and Fleet Management- Ensure Compliance of:

Conduct inspections on villages to ensure that they are maintained as required by ensuring that village matainance plan is implemented.

Conducting weekly inspections on Fire tenders to identify any non-conformances and ensure that trucks are sent to the workshop in time. Ensure that trucks go for bi-annually vehicle certification.

Ensure that trucks are always operational and ready to respond to fire callout.

Ensuring that fire trucks are fully equipped with fire-fighting equipment’s and test all pumps to ensure that they are working. Checking fire crew’s readiness by conducting fire drills weekly and check PPE.

Environment:

Ensure that all environmental standards are met in operations by conducting infield inspection.
