Job Profile:

Payroll

• Process the manual payroll input for Chennai, Mumbai and Gurgaon Headcount.

• Headcount report reconciliation against the employee database and payroll file.

• Validate the pay register against the input shared and the reports from HRIS tool(workday) and other aspects like bank account details, PAN, quits.

• Raising queries and sharing the observation in the prescribed format with the payroll support Team against the inputs shared.

• Handling employee queries related to Payroll, Flexi benefit plan of the employees.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll process.

Compliance

• Handle the labour officers during inspections.

• Visit labour office as and when required.

• Coordinating with the Vendor for the timely closure of all the returns like PT, LWF, POSH etc.

• Handling PF related queries and processing the withdrawal/ Transfer forms of the employees.

• Represent Payroll & compliance department during internal and external audits. Employee Benefits

• Experience in handling employee Benefits and benefits related queries such as health insurance, ESIC, Meal Cards, leaves, NPS, Award, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Relocation Assistance, Maternity Benefit – Flexi hours, Bonuses, Incentives, Life insurance.

• Handling Postretirement benefit queries and process. HR Helpdesk:

• Resolving employee queries raised on the ticketing system within SLA.

• Taking up the queries of the employees that comes through email and responding on time. Audit:

• Handling internal and external audits on location perspective by sharing the documents required or addressing the queries raised by the auditors.

• Hands on experience in handling ISO 9001:2015 audit. SOP Document:

• Had worked in developing Operating Procedure document for payroll and ensure it is updated and approved by the Process Owner on quarterly basis. Separation Process

• Handling employee transfer and exit formalities.

• Guiding the employees on Last Working day.

• Initiating the clearance on the portal.

• Issuing experience and Relieving letter.

• Initiating the Full and Final Settlement post clearance in the tool by all the Stakeholders.

• Processing the Full and Final Settlement by sharing the input, Validating the Draft and sharing observations if any with the central F&F SPOC.

• Ensuring the F&F is settled within the SLA.

• Sharing F&F break up and handling ex-employee queries on F and F. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior joining FIS, worked as Executive Human Resources - Generalist at ABS Group of companies from October 4, 2017 – March 21, 2018
