Qualification Statement

Accomplished Human Resource professional and entrepreneur. I was recruited out of college into Lockheed Martin (LM) Financial Leadership Development Program where I rotated through positions in Financial Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Cost Accounting. Upon completion of the program, I accepted a position with LM in the Human Resources department as a Recruiter attending and planning events for experienced professionals and college students as well as interviewing and hiring staff. I was promoted into an Employee Relations/Business Partner position supporting our Engineering Department dealing with union/management issues, salary negotiations, etc. I later transferred over to a Human Resources Training position which involved developing and conducting employee training workshops and supervising vendors. For a short period of time, I was a stay-at-home mother for two children where I volunteered my time in the community in such organizations as Moms Club, PTO, Girl Scout Troop Leader and Team in Training. In addition, I started my own company, teaching fitness classes for children and adults and supporting various local fundraising events. I re-entered the work force with the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey as a Troop Support and Experiences Specialist.
