PROFILE

My passion in life has always been to be the best that I can be. In doing so I have been able to move up in the food service & retail industry due to my consistency in honest, hard work and my ability to always do so with a smile and a kind heart. Customer Service through food service and retail has been my passion for about 10 years now and I have been able to move up from starting as Holiday help to Bartender and Supervisor. I will continue to always provide only my hardest and most honest work and keep to company policies as well as maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude. EXPERIENCE

•MARIE CALLENDER'S — 11/2009 - 11/2012

Server - Hired on as Holiday help, prepped multiple holiday feasts. Promoted to host because of friendly disposition, trained as Cashier also. Promoted into Lead Closing Cashier as well as Certified Trainer for new hires. Maintained workstation to health code standards. Promoted to Server. Turned in resignation due to a better opportunity.

•BARRELHOUSE 101 — 11/2012 - 05/2016

Bartender - Hired on as Busser, maintained busser duties at 6 days a week until promoted to Server. Cicerone Beer Server Certified, great knowledge of craft beer and strong suggestibility. Maintained a strong Regular basis due to high amount of compliments to management and on yelp under Ricky. Promoted to Bartender position due to interest in position as well as exemplary work with regular customers. Left for a recruited Bartending opportunity at Yardhouse.
