JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Handle all passengers at airport solve all the queries in both departure and arrival hall, meet and assist of passengers.

Customer Relations Services, International/Domestic Voice and Email/chat, Sales,Meet and assist, solving issues and queries.

Handle customer quiries, complaints, questions, service requests. Calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions.

Interface daily with internal partners in field services, new business, operations and affairs divisions.

To do all pre flights work, checking passenger, taking flight clearance, arrival work, post flight work, handling boarding gate, baggage clearance in arrival hall, etc.

Access control for aircraft, check for FOD, loading and offloading of cargo and baggage as per load sheet, check flight clearance status etc.

To perform all security checks for the aircraft and perform all Ramp Activities for Turn Around Time (TAT).

Taking care of loading of cargo and baggage’s as per the safety and structural integrity of an Airbus A320.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES

Customers complaints and issues resolving.

Maintain standards in the shift with multi tasking role in the airline operation.

DCS departure control system check-in counters and ticketing.

Ramp operations.

Cargo handling.

Ensure effective threat assessment & response capability.
