The pay roll in the department should be properly stored in order to avoid and mistakes that might be done on the payroll since these develop conflicts between the employees and the clients that come for pension, gratuity and salary issues

I can be creative whereby in cases where there is no electricity to access files online i can improvise file system in order to access the clients file in order to resolve their issues and later on record the feed back later on. I can use his theoretical knowledge gained in class in order to resolve the issues which might have taken hours to accomplish
Data gathering and recording skills
I
managed to gather data from the file based system of the pensioners and teachers, health workers with salary issues and record them in database inventory form prescribing the name of the client, occupation, location where the information has been captured from as well as entering the data onto the computer as skills gained from class.
Time management skills
During the internship training in the organization, time management was very essential especially when reporting to work, employees had to be at work by 8am and leave at 5pm,the interns were also expected to be at the right place at the right time in order to accomplish their duties on time this helped me become a good time officer and submit all my work to the supervisor prior to the requested date.
Financial management skills
I acquired practical knowledge in preparing financial accounts like journals, balance sheet, income statement, cash books, and bamk reconciliation statements among others and also acquired skills on manage expenditures and how to prioritize resources in class and during my working days as an intern.
Leadership skills
I acquired leadership skills since i was sometimes delegated authority to lead teams and guide others on what to do. This was often given to me by the head of department who was the leader of the team in the human resource and central sorting centre department and also in the lecture room where the group members delegated some leadership through me.
Conflict management skills
I also acquired skills in conflict resolution during field attachments visits as coordinator and intern, educate community. Since i spent some of the time in the human resource offices i observed how to handled conflicting conditions and sometimes asked how it is possible to maintain calm leadership . the different ways in which such encounters inside the organization were solved made the internee and coordinator acquire good conflict management approaches and skills.
Record management skills
I also attained record management skills like making records and storing them for future references and retrieving some documents which are not read, cleared, and unconsidered . This was always under the guidance of the field supervisor during the internship period and coordination
Photocopying skills
During the training i took part in photocopying tasks in human resource policy documents, employee documents among others he was using a photocopying machine in the department.
Filling skills
During the training in class and internship i acquired filing skills learnt this especially when posting employee personal records into their files this included one to have high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling employee records.
Mathematical skills
During the training at the department some point it involved stock taking and and the internee had to calculate the number of so many books and real stock counting especially at the department.
