Material Management (Pipes, Fittings, Gaskets, ISMB, ISC, Fasteners, Paints).

Sub-Contractors Billing.

PO Preparation.

LHS Preparation.

Ensuring NDT (RT, DPT, MT and UT) as per FQP.

Quality Control Documents Interpretation.

Protocols preparation for Billing.

Ensuring Fit-up and Welding reports preparation as per LHS.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ERECTION

TURBINE:

Turbine Pedestal Erection and Alignment includes Blue matching, Grouting, Cube Test for GP2 Grouting.

Performing Catenary reading using water pots.

Journal bearings and Thrust bearing installation and NDT on bearings.

Performing rotor Alignments HPT-IPT IPT-LPT LPT-GEN, Rotor centering, Yoke corrections, Steam flow path readings, Seal bore readings, Side oil clearance, Top oil clearance, Thrust pad inspections, Rotor Axial float clearances and shim corrections.

Performing Heating tightening of casing bolts.

Performing Coupling and decoupling of Rotors.

Runout checks, swing checks, roll check, bump checks and rotor lifting using JOP.

Performing Barring gear of machine as final inspection.

Performing Deck floating.

PUMPS:

Alignment and coupling of Main Oil Pump (MOP) with HP turbine rotors after shim corrections (if necessary).

Alignment and Coupling of Condenser Extraction Pumps (CEP) with drivers.

Turbine Driven Boiler Feed Pump (TDBFP) and Motor Driven Boiler Feed Pump (MDBFP) installation and commissioning.

Fire Water Pump Erection, Alignment and Commissioning. AUXILLARIES & PIPING:

Condenser erection includes TSP Alignment, welding, NDT’s as per FWS.

Tube Insertion (24,398 tubes) of condenser and expansion of tubes on both sides and inspection.

Conducting condenser leak test and flood test after final box-up.

Individually handled all systems of Turbine Integral Piping along with welding and NDT’s. Lube oil system Mal Drains System Control Fluid system Seal oil system Condenser RE joints Condensate Spray system Gas System Primary Water System Jacking oil system Cooling Water system Seal Steam system.

Erection of static equipment’s like OIL TANKS, STRAINERS, FILTERS, PRIMARY WATER TANKS, SEAL OIL SKIDS, LP and HP BYPASS SKID DEAERATORS AND HEAT EXCHANGERS.

Ensuring PWHT for welding.

Conducting Welder Test (2G, 3G, 4G and 6G positions).

Conducting Radiography test as per FQP, RT Film Interpretation.

Welding Job Cards Preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES/OVERHAULING

Preparation of Work Plan Chart, Tools and Tackles arrangements.

Ensuring Manpower deployment.

Preparation of DPR and DMR.

Ensuring turbine Generator on barring gear.

Removal of C&I pickups.

Ensuring Pedestal cover lifting using calibrated lifting devices.

Removal of bearing Top Halves and clearance check is to be ensured includes catenary.

Loosening of casing bolts, lifting of casings, flow path checks.

Roll checks reading, bump checks reading as reference.

Rotor Decoupling.

Alumina Blasting of Rotors After lifting and rotor blade Inspection and NDT checks,

Dismantling of Oil catchers, Yokes, Side pads.

Checks and correction of catenary reading is to be ensured,

HP-IP IP-LP LP-Gen alignment check and corrections.

Ensuring Centering of rotors.

Ensure coupling of rotors and proceed Swing check, CRO check.

Removal and installation of new turbine blades if necessary.

Coupling bolts machining is to be ensured.

Ensuring Axial float of rotors.

Labyrinth seals removal and installation of new fins and machining.

Box up of rotor bearings, yokes, pads, pedestal covers after final corrections and inspections.

Perform barring gear on machine by JOP.

Preparation of protocols for Billing.
