At Parkway products my first task was to obtain a successful audit with one of our customers in reference to our drying of material processes. The company had failed miserably in their first attempt just prior to my coming on board. We scored the highest grade that could be attained within 45 days of my employment. At ERB industries the company was having issues with environmental stress cracking with their hard hats. I was able to identify four probable causes and resolve the issues.
