Professional Experience

Responsibilities:

Lathe, Surface grinding machine handling .

Dismantling incoming Spindles & Preparation of spindle parts.

Decision making for rework (eg: Taper bushing, Plating etc.)

Decision making for replacements of spindle parts. (eg: collets, Disc springs, Spacers, Rotary unions, Encoders, Sensors etc.)

Preparing inspection & Damaged reports

Spindle assembling such as preparing the bearings using ultra-sonic cleaner, lubricating the bearings.

Inspection of parts to be assembled.

Assembly of spindle with static adjustments and inspection of various parameters, such as Leak tests, run outs, Clamp force check. Etc.,

Performing Dynamic Balancing of spindle using Schenck Balancer & Performance testing.

Assembling and Dismantling of spindle units from Machines occasionally.
