Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output

Mould setting, Parameter setting & Basic machine maintenance

Production planning for the injection molding department on Daily & Monthly basis

Responsible for achieving productivity target for the department

Responsible for achieving mould change, setup time target

Responsible for reducing scrap, internal rejection, Customer rejection & Customer complaints

Responsible for documentation in department

Daily production report review to monitoring line efficiency, Quality level

Knowledge of measuring instruments like- Vernier caliper & Micrometer

Making kaizen to improve line speed and Quality of product

Knowledge of reading Engineering Drawing
