Provide Administrative support to site professionals at all levels and oversee day-to-day operations.

Making timely payments of all duties like electricity, telephone, internet bills & insurance payments to ensure uninterrupted services.

Assist in preparation and verification of staff’s salary sheet and remittance of PF & ESI on monthly contribution.

Having driver license and willing to travel.

Ability to speak & write English as well as the regional language.

Engaged in booking of itinerary arrangements for Senior Executives, staffs and Clients.

Completes minutes for all Executive meetings.

Prepares proposals and presentations for clients and other executives.

Successfully manage a diverse group of employees.

Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.

Ensures buildings health and safety requirements.

Maintaining fleet maintenance logs and submits monthly reports for the same.
