Payroll Administration Statutory Compliance Talent Acquisition Contract Labour Management Training & Development General Administration Payroll Administration:-

Responsible for entire Time office activities for all locations of the entity.

Ensuring timely and zero error payroll processing.

Monitoring the Attendance of employees including contract workers and daily report to HRM & Managing Director and controls the absenteeism.

Monthly MIS preparation.

Responsible for closing of Attendance and LMS for payroll process.

Collating data from all the locations for payroll and share it to service provider.

Co-ordinate with the service provide for timely statutory compliances.

Updation of statutory records and registers

Handling employee queries relating to payroll, Income Tax and statutory.

On boarding of employees and conducting induction and orientation session, taking employees to factory tour.

Responsible for smooth exit Process

Issuing the Relieving and Experience letters on time.

Preparing Full and Final settlements and ensures the Payment.

Responsible for PF Claim settlements by interacting with the Govt officials as when required.

Recruitment:-

Responsible for Middle level Recruitment

Engaged in Pre & Post Recruitment process and its documentation.

Ensure smooth induction training for new entrants and responsible for other joining formalities and review the process on time to time.

Day to day follow ups and ensures the joining of new candidates (Operator Level). Contract Labour Management:-

Co-ordinate with Supervisors, contractors and arranges the manpower as required for the shift.

Maintains separate records of personal information & statutory records (PF & ESI) and their wage register.

(PF) & License renewal.

Co- ordinate for arranging smart cards for the employees accordingly.

Enrolling the employees name and their family details in Esic.in

Co-ordinate with Bank and arranging Bank Loans for Employees
