Provide program management technical and analytical expertise to ensure necessary actions for the management of all 99 MDG professional and administrative services contracts and task orders. Assists the 99th MDG customer in developing the acquisition strategy or generating requirements documents such as the Acquisition Plan, Streamlined Acquisition Strategy Summary, Requirements documents such as a PWS, SOO, SOW, Justification and Authorization (J&A) Sole Source or Brand Name requirements documents, developing Independent Government Estimates (IGE) to be submitted to and approved by the 99th CONS Contracting Officer.

Coordinates with the 99th MDG Logistics Flight Commander and the Resource Management Office and the 99th MDG end user to facilitate support and meet all 99th MDG contract requirements on time and on budget.

Facilitates last-minute contract requirement changes to avoid any lapse in services and mitigate any schedule slippage of on-going acquisitions by working with the 99th MDG Logistics Flight CC, the 99th MDG Resource Management Office on mission needs / requirements.

Obtain contract services contractor manpower reporting data to ensure requirements of eMCRA are met 100% of the time.

Comply with 99th MDG locally-developed guidance and procedures for working at the Mike O’Callaghan Federal Medical Center.

Perform monthly reports on health of services information such as which contracts or task orders are within 1 year of expiring or in the last option period of the contract or within 6 months of expiring to avoid any lapse in services to compensate for any funding changes driven by AFMOA but above all to ensure timely acquisition planning for future 99th MDG contract services.
