PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Accomplished 1N271A, SIGINT (ELINT) Analyst with over two decades of experience working with All-source environments, which includes conducting All-Source analysis, supporting PACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM. Expertise and experience include:

Spent four years at the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) as the intelligence lead, writing exercise scenarios, researching foreign forces, and writing exercise scripts that replicated actions.

Deployed in support of the Air Force Rivet Joint and F-16 CJ suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD), researching the enemy electronic order of battle (EOB), defensive missile order of battle (DMOB), ground order of battle (GOB) and naval order of battle (NOB), to ensure that pilots could execute their mission.

Assessed military capabilities by evaluating strategy, organization, leadership, doctrine, training, warfighting functions, and equipment inventories, which included knowing the doctrine of the opposing countries.

Developed data tables of approximately 100,000 data points and deployed as an all-source Identity Intelligence (I2) to Afghanistan and as the biometrics watchlist manager for the capital region, three bases, and the U.S. Embassy, updating a database of several hundred thousand entities.
