CUBICLE MANUFACTURING:

Testing and validation of CONTROL PANELS for various voltage levels from 33KV to 765KV as per customer approved schematic drawings.

Testing of various schematics for Line, Transformer, Generator, Bus bar, Reactor, Bus coupler, Feeder scheme.

Testing of all types of Electro mechanics /Static relays for various applications.

Good Hands on experience in testing protection schemes using Secondary Injection test set OMICRON.

Good hands on experience in handling customers inspection reports as MOM after testing and feedback

SUBSTATION AUTOMATION SYSTEM (SAS):

Functional testing includes interlocking circuits for Circuit Breaker and Isolators, PT

&CT Selection as per schematic drawing.

Testing of SAS Equipment’s as per drawing (includes GPS, GATEWAY, SERVER, EFS).
