Accenture employees used to post there new innovative ideas in database which is Amazon Dynamo DB, but as day by day employees has being posting there ideas and data has been increasing but the problem some employees has been posting the same ideas which is already in database and data is increasing with duplicate data
So Solve this problem we came with idea when employee is going to post a new idea based upon the text matching of the employee, the employee will get top ten results whether any already posted idea in database is there or not based on the distance between the two text using cosine similarity distance and keeping some threshold limit for the minimum distance between the texts.

Write python code for Reading the data and preprocessing data using various algorithms and feature extraction and measuring the distance.
