Prepare periodic plan for spares and consumables for production process and preventive Maintenance.

Maintaining maintenance data and ISO documentations.

Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production halts, repetitive and major breakdowns.

Responsible for Preventive, planned and corrective action maintenances of equipment’s as per priority and schedules.

Planning a correlated production and maintenance schedule of various conventional and CNC machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability, in line with material and manpower availability.

Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools.

Skillful in enhancing systems to bring greater cost efficiency levels & energy/ power reductions.

A 15 meter long Roll Barrel Grinding Machine revamping, installing, commissioning done.

X-Y-Z axis movement column type Boring machine, completely broken bed repairing and installation done for smooth production.

Extension of Machine Shop Sheds (24 meters) done for installation of new machines.

Installation of 20T crane.

Productivity enhanced through breakdown cycle time reduction.

Implemented pneumatic guard interlocking system throughout the tubular m/cs. for SAFETY.

Plenty of modifications done to reduce downtime.
