Experience Summary:

I have taken internship at MEGHALAYA CEMENTS LTD. plant at Thankskai, Meghalaya.

In there, I have allotted in the cement kiln section. The job is basically running maintenance as well as shutdown maintenance job. The jobs which I have done are follows-

1.Change of TOUNGE PLATE inside the kiln.

2.Repair of DEEP BUCKET CONVEYOR.

3.Maintenance inside the COOLER such as change of fixed frame & moving frame etc.

4.Maintenance of existing belt conveyor accessories such as idler, pulley etc.

Now pursuing my career in SANRAJ PROJECTS PVT. LTD. in the field of bulk material handling equipments. I can do following works:-

1.Interaction & enquiry collection from reputed clients such as SJSPL, TEPL etc.

2.Tender submission & client interaction of various reputed clients such as NTPC, SAIL etc.

3.I have done drawings in AUTOCAD of belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screen etc.

4.I am able to do drawings in AUTOCAD of physical objects.

5.Supervised the belt conveyor system erection in 1.5MTPA pellet plant of M/s SJSPL at Barbil.

6.Supervised the belt conveyor system erection in fertilizer plant of M/s Tata Chemicals at Haldia.
