There were massive changes required to the CCAP applications before LDE was able to assume this responsibility. Development was provided by Deloitte Consulting, LDE was responsible for testing this customer facing and backend processing application.

Managed the User Acceptance testing effort supporting 468 test scenarios with 12 quality assurance test analysts and a business test team of 16 power users including the validation of test data for end to end testing in addition to digital transformation

Pharmacy Management, and Radiation Therapy program technology/platforms. This Program leverages AIM’s proven prior authorization portal with content provided by a contracted vendor, Eviti, to create a comprehensive treatment review tool to promote evidence-based, cost-effective oncology care for WellPoint members to support WellPoint's Enterprise Cancer Care Quality Program.

This enterprise initiative required testing efforts from both onshore and offshore resources with very aggressive timelines all under required HIPAA guidelines.

Providing the oversight and test management of this initiative consisting of both SIT and UAT testing with a staff of over 120 and providing most SIT testing occurring offshore.

In this client facing engagement, I selected, provided on boarding guidance to 5 quality assurance analysts from Michigan Delivery Center plus 6 test resources from off-shore India, and provided guidance on all testing activity.

Uploaded over 1,700 test cases to Quality Center v11.0 Test Plan and linked tests to requirements. Created Test Plan and Test Lab structures and provided training to the test team for moving tests from test plan to test lab. Under my direction, system testing consists of application functional testing across 23 operating system/browser combinations for web portal and 18 combinations of mobile operating systems/browsers.

Provided application support testing and documentation for a new ASP.Net and (dot) .Net catalog portal using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) available to all Toyota dealers in the Southeast in an e-commerce environment for Vehicle Modernization.
