It have variety of product range like single door visi cooler, double door visi cooler, triple door visi coolers, vertical/Horizontal freezer, deep freezer, Ice machine, undercounter products, static cooling product, pastry cabinet and back bar products.

Job Profile:-

• Working as a platform support of All Chest Freezers (Hard Top & Glass Top products)

• Structural designing of cabinet and preparation of development of product.

• Preparation of prototyping and pilot lot with line trial report.

• Experience in working with all ECM activities.

• Interact with QA/Production with all team CFT member for in-house & bought-out development components

• Preparation of manufacturing, part and assembly drawings.

• Evaluate cost of product with costing department.

• Participation and preparation of DFMEA.

• Design components keeping in consideration DFM, DFA and cost of the product.

• Get prototypes done from tool room, production Engg. and other agencies.

• Validation of design through calculations, stack up analysis and getting FEA done through external/internal agencies.

• Get samples tested from lab (Validation) and send them to customer through QA and Marketing.

• Handling PLM Wind-chill 10.2 & working Knowledge data management process.

• Preparing MIS reports required by the management to assess the performance of the organisation.

• Real-time 3D Rendering with KeyShot7.

• Validating samples provided by supplier with SIR.

• Benchmarking of new products on the basis of market requirements.

• Interaction with vendors to solve problems during Design and Development (Internal & External).

• Co-ordination with Vendors & Other depts. to meet the target as per given timeline

• Planning for the New Product Development.
