Collaborated with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance.

Saved the company more than $365,000 a year by eliminating excessive labor costs. Focused on finding instances of over-processing and non-value added work that was taking up energy of company mechanics.

Eliminated need for overtime saving more than $250,000 in less than a year. Overtime was increasing steadily during the week and weekends. Without going over headcount budget, redirected work force from a one-shift, 8-hour operation to a three-shift, 24-hour operation.
