I am Currently working as a Quality Assurance auditor at BOSCH Nasik Plant (NaP) since Aug 2017 handling core Quality activities, Inspection of final products, Preparing & reviewing quality reports, ISIRs, Proto samples for improvements & to create & sensitize the Quality mindset with in the working group through projects related to Quality Campaigns, seminars & sharing of Quality overviews & KPIs amongst the Manufacturing colleagues.
Worked in BOSCH as a Process Planner from Jan 2013- July 2017 and have handled many important projects which contributed to the growth and giving savings to the organization. Few Projects handled during my process planner are a) Cycle time improvement projects hence improving the productivity, b) Quick Setup Changeover projects, improving the OEE of the machines, c) T&C projects improving tool life, d) Energy projects- reducing the Muck generation, e) Quality improving projects by elimination of defects components & processes at pump level improving the quality of the product, f) Power savings projects on machines by reduction in power consumption of the value streams.& further improvements through Kaizen & 5-S improvements.

Reduction in the cycle time of the honing machine by changes in the honing parameters by improving EMZ.
Reduction of Cycle time on laser cutting machines by changing the laser parameters
Resulting in increasing the production volume.
2.OEE improvement by Quick changeover on machines
KADIA machine Changeover time reduced from 63 min’s. to 35 min’s.
NLK honing machine changeover time reduced hence improving the OEE of the machine by 5 % by reduction in the changeover losses.
Tools & Consumables improvement
1.Honing Tool localization-
Cost savings projects undertaken for honing tools & grinding wheels, with the result in making a savings of 71,000 INR per tool. Also increasing in the life of the tool.
Energy conservation projects
1.Reduction in Waste (MUCK) generation in lapping operation by reduction of the oil & lapping powder consumption by dimensional changes in the component.
2.Power savings & air savings projects by doing interlocks in the machine operating cycles.
Component Quality Improvement
Solving quality related issues with the help of Q-tools such as PSS, WHY-WHY analysis
& Root Cause analysis.
Elimination of defect for the partial assembled parts supplying to the assembly line by implementation of Poke-Yoke at the station & designing of Supply trays.

Improvements projects done by implementation of 5-S & Kaizens.
1.Changes in workplace design for better handling of tools & tooling on the station, resulting in
time savings during tools changeover activities. Hence improving the ergonomics of the station.
